Due to the nature of CUSTOM printed apparel and accessories we cannot accept returns or exchanges 

of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, defective or you received the

wrong color or product.

If there are any of the above problems with your merchandise we must be notified within 14 days of you receiving your order. If your product is damaged or you receive the wrong color or print please email us

at orders@citygirlgear.com and provide a photo of the item and it will be  replaced.

 

If I order an item and it doesn’t fit right can I exchange it?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges or refunds for an item that does not fit properly as  each item

is CUSTOM made. Please be sure to check the sizing for each item carefully and read any fitting tips

we have provided before placing the order. If you are in doubt we recommend that you size up - it may

be looser, but it won't be too tight and will fit.
